About Us
A few years ago, my mom and I toyed around with the idea of opening a small family business making homemade soaps and other body products. Life got busy, I had more kids, and it was put on the back burner. Fast forward to 2021...my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer and was in serious condition at the beginning of January 2021. After pulling through and going through chemo and now radiation, we revisited the idea of making soap. Thus, Botania Soaps was born. Although she is unable to help make the soap, this business was inspired and is dedicated to her. I am so thankful for the opportunity to live out her dream and help people find their perfect bar of soap.
